Reci Prof on Eurotier 2010
Date: September 2010The Eurotier is a biennial exhibition. The 2010 show will take place at the exhibition grounds Hannover Germany from Tuesday 16th till Friday 19th November.
The Eurotier is a fair for all different types of agricultural usage, such as:
* Machinery and equipment for milking and cooling
* Machinery and equipment for dung, solid and liquid manure
* Bioenergy and decentral energy supply
* Animal housing and shed construction
New in 2010:
Like previous years, Reci Prof will be present at this fair and we are happy to welcome you on our brand new stand where our www.reciprof.com webshop will be our main theme. Our people will introduce you there to your online warehouse with the most actual stocks,conditions and articles as well as your orderhistory at Reci Prof.

Reci Prof on SIMA 2009
Date: March 2009At the end of February Reci Prof participated the SIMA exhibition. The exhibition was a great success for Reci Prof and we welcomed many customers and prospects on our stand.

Date: December 2008The SIMA is a biennial exhibition. The 2009 show will take place at the Paris-Nord Villepinte Exhibition Park from Sunday 22 to Thursday 26 February.
The SIMA is a fair for all different types of agricultural usage, such as:
1) Versatile equipment
2) Specialised equipment, for example breeding
3) SIMAGENA: the breeders' international business meeting
4) Renewable energy
New in 2009:
SIMA is expending with the addition of the new hall 7
There is a space dedicated to renewable energies.
Like previous years, Reci Prof will be present at this fair and we are happy to welcome you on our stand, number 1 C 025. Several new products will be presented and have a look at the wide range of products which we offer. For those who want to visit us at the SIMA, we do have free tickets available. We can send you the flyers with on that the code for ordering the free badge on www.simaonline.com or you can take the flyer with you to the fair and hand it in at the entrance. The general export catalogue is a compilation of the articles of all companies within the Mega group. The group sells articles that deal with fluid transport. They relate to the articles in the Reci Prof range. Beside our own articles in our new Reci Prof catalogue, you can also order the articles in the export catalogue. We are proud to present to you the new Reci Prof catalogue for 2008. The previous catalogue dated from 2003 and needed many adjustments, because we have a lot of new articles to show you. Please click on the following link to go to the online catalogue.
When you glance through the catalogue, you will notice directly the following:
- We can offer you more spare parts for service, revision and new to build milking parlours than ever.
- We have changed the classification of the chapters.
- We have added a few new articles, such as milk suction discharge hoses and a complete range of fittings.
At the moment we are busy with the translation into the English language and we expect to be able to offer you this catalogue in the beginning of 2008.

NEW: Mega Milk Indicators

We are always looking for possibilities to improve our product program. This time we have a complete new product range: The Mega Milk Indicators.
With this new product group we offer a complete range of milk indicators. From simple systems to complete solutions with milk indication, automatic cluster remover and pulsation control.
All systems are suitable for all kind op milking parlours. They can be easily installed in new milking parlours or simple integrated in already existing milking parlours.
Safe, simple and successful...
Overall characteristics:
- Protection short circuit
- Auto reset at new milking cycle
- Adaptable for cows, sheep and goats.
- Power: 12 or 24V AC or DC (advice 24V DC)
- Display with special LED’s
- Fitting for all brands

Mega Standard Detacher (part no. 1310337)
The Mega Standard Detacher is a small computer that controls the automatic detachment of the milking system.
The detachment threshold be adjusted between 100 – 400 ml
The initial delay time can be adjusted at 60 – 90 – 180 seconds
Mega Milk Control ACR (part no. 1309859)
The Mega Milk Control ACR is a milk yield indicator and an automatic cluster remover at the same time.
With the assistants of the following adjustments, it is possible to personalize the system for each stable.
Take off value 10 – 2.000 ml – min
Initial delay time 0 – 250 seconds
Final delay time 0 – 99 seconds
Mega Milk Control ACR with Pulsation Control (part no. 1310150)
The Mega Milk Control ACR with Pulsation Control is the most complete system. This system is designed to control the automatic detachment and pulsation. At the same time this system can also be used as a milk yield indicator. The milk indicator shows the quantity of milk as well as the milk time.
Take off value 10 – 2.000 ml – min
Initial delay time 0 – 250 seconds
Final delay time 0 – 99 seconds
Mega Milk Indicator (part no. 1310144)
With the assistance of the Mega Milk Indicator you can easily see the total quantity of milk partial and total per unit.
Mega Standard Detacher with Pulsation Control (part no. 1310338)
This small computer controls the automatic detacher of the milking system as well as the electric pulsation.
The detachment threshold can be adjusted between 100 – 400 ml
Initial delay time can be adjusted at 60 – 90 – 180 seconds
Fixed final delay time at 8 seconds

NEW: silicone tubes

Besides our well know rubber, pvc tubes and Hysil silicone tubes, Reci Prof can offer a complete new range of silicone tubing.
These new range ensures a good quality and competitive prices. The tubes meet or exceed internationally recognised testing standards. They are made of FDA, WRAS, WRC and/ or USP Class XI approved materials.
These silicone tubes are available in several colours and sizes.

Reci Prof on SIMA 2007

From 4 - 8 march Reci Prof had exhibited at the SIMA show in Paris, France. The SIMA is an international agri business show which takes place every two years. During these days we welcomed visitors from more than 20 countries on our stand. We would like to thank everybody who visited our stand!

Nedlac Refillable Portable PowrSprayer
Date: April 2006With our Nedlac Teat Sanitation Equipment we are able to offer a full line of high quality effective teat sanitation products. All the articles of this range are being engineered to be efficient and economical for the dairy man while also satisfying veterinarian concerns.
In this range we offer the Refillable Portable PowrSprayer. Now you can spray your cows without being tethered to a pump and hose or putting up with stacks of broken trigger sprayers.
You can power-up with a blast of compressed air and you have enough teat dip to effectively spray up to 70 cows with one filling.
The tank has a capacity of 900 ml. The maximum amount of liquid that can be used is 700 ml with 200 ml of capacity reserved for the compressed air. In the kit will be a measuring funnel that will only allow the correct amount of liquid to be placed in the bottle.
